Today is my dad's 74th birthday. He loves caramel and apples and my boys love to eat them with him. So this post is for you dad. Happy Birthday, Love ya! (Sorry no pict. for now)
Caramel Apple Dip
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Blend together. Serve with apple wedges.
